TrustedLets is a start up internet business with a unique proposition for landlords and tenants- we wished to develop a site where for the first time users could know the reputation of their landlord or tenant before starting a tenancy. To execute our concept and design, we searched through over 120 bids from development companies around the world before selecting Icreon Communications Pvt Ltd in Noida. They clearly had the expertise to develop the site- a hygiene factor- however what drove our decision was their enthusiasm for the project and willingness to engage with us in the development phase. Due to our unique business concept, the processes sitting behind the public facing site were complex to engineer and map out. We had done 80% of the design on this, however were able to work with our dedicated project manager, Lisa, to complete the full design. Once the site was ready for launch, Lisa and the team at Icreon has been excellent in their speed and reaction to the inevitable glitches that emerge with a new live system. We recently commissioned Icreon to do a further piece of work to tidy up some of our design work and release a site refresh. We look forward to having a long and valued relationship with the team at Icreon as we roll out the business beyond the UK and into different market areas as the business develops.
