Apart from general details of an employee, iManage can be used to store and track an employee's salary and promotion details, as well as performance reports. Through iManage managers can store their comments on an employee's performance which can then be used as reference during the employee's performance appraisal. Employees can also attach and upload their resume with their details. Rights Management: Through the rights management module permissions to access specific modules/features within the application can be granted to employees. The amount that is to be paid by a client is calculated on the basis of services rendered, the billing rates, currency and discounts (if any). iManage can be used to store and track the mode of payment (i.e. cash, cheque, wire, credit card, draft etc) received from the client. The invoicing module includes a calendar module that can be used to set reminders for payments due. iManage also includes the facility to attach a digital signature to an invoice and convert it into a PDF. Reports: Employee Time Sheet Management Software also includes a detailed reporting module that provides a means to consolidate and analyze employee timesheets, project progress reports, financial activities etc. Project Managers can customize the project timesheet reports to generate reports detailing specific activities, roles etc within a project.
