Document Manager: The document manager provides users (organizations as well as individuals) with the means to create and manage a document repository. It caters to all document processing needs including storage, tracking and retrieval. We have integrated various third-party tools such as fax, e-mail, scanners, PDF convertors etc to provide additional features. Read more about our document management solution.

Below, is a screenshot of the File Explorer module available within the document management system. Through this module users can view and import files from their local machines into a selected folder within the repository.

The e-mail module within the document management system is configured with Outlook Express and user e-mail accounts and address books in Outlook or Outlook Express can be imported into the system. Through this module users can compose messages, attach documents (stored within the repository) to the message, preview the documents attached and send the message to specified e-mail addresses.

Below is a screenshot of the FTP module available within the document management system. Through the system users can upload documents from the document repository to a remote server and vice versa via an FTP client. The FTP tool can be used to set up and configure the FTP client. Connection settings for different remote servers and can be saved and used to connect to a server, instead of manually entering the required details.
